On your eye prescription you will find all the values you need for the order.
Typically, these values are abbreviated as follows: Sphere = sph; Cylinder = cyl; Axis = A; Prism = PD, Pupillary distance = PD
If your doctor did not measure your PD, you can determine it yourself with the HIT-Optik PD-Lineal
