According to your needs, your eye doctor may give you a prescription for corrective lenses, there you will find your correction values.

2. Eye Prescription

On your eye prescription you will find all the values you need for the order. 
Typically, these values are abbreviated as follows: Sphere = sph; Cylinder = cyl; Axis = A; Prism = PD, Pupillary distance = PD 

If your doctor did not measure your PD, you can determine it yourself with the HIT-Optik PD-Lineal 

 

3. Optometrists

If you do not have an eye prescription, ask your optician for your personal correction values.
