This is how it works:
1. Print this page (best on a thicker paper). Ensure that the zoom scale represents 100%. For this, measure with a ruler the printed scale which should measure 10 cm. If the scale is not correct, please check your printer settings.
2. Cut out the template printed above the dotted line and fold along the center line.
3. Hold the mask to your face in front of a mirror, as shown in the figure below.
4. Eye distance measure and record. You can do it yourself in front of a mirror or ask someone to measure and take notes for you. R (right) and L (left) denotes the from you seen left or right eye, as in the picture.
